Sites Nova · object model

Sites Nova brings your pages, CRM, and commerce together as one platform — and connects to the systems you already run. This map shows one thing it does out of the box: a form becomes a lead, a sale becomes an order, and a paid order becomes a customer with everything they bought.

Follow a visitor from the website on the left to the customer on the right — blue arrows are steps that run automatically, thin lines show what's connected.

Capture

A form on any page creates a lead in your CRM — ready to follow up, on any channel: Email, Messages, and ready to run campaigns.

Sell

A quote you send, or a checkout customers complete themselves.

Order

A won quote or a cleared payment becomes one order — exactly what was bought.

Deliver

A paid order sets up the customer and what they bought, and can trigger a delivery.

Grow

Follow up with campaigns, or sync customers.

Pages, customers, sales, payments, and messaging live in one connected workspace — so a page, the lead it captures, and the order it becomes are the same system, never three tools to keep in sync.

\n The idea underneath\n

Everything is a record — a lead, a quote, an order, a customer — and every record is connected. That's why nothing slips through the cracks, and why switching on a new capability is a click, not a project.

","children":[{"id":"s2a","label":"In one shape","contentHtml":"\n

Each record holds the right details for the job:

Details: Names, notes, references.
Money: Prices and totals that always add up, in the right currency.
Links: An order knows its customer; a customer knows their orders.
Smart fields: Totals and counts that update themselves.
Stage: Where it is — and what sets the next step in motion.

"},{"id":"s2b","label":"All connected","contentHtml":"

Records are linked, so the picture updates itself — add a line to an order and the total recalculates; book a seat and availability drops. No spreadsheets, no double-entry.

\n \n

"},{"id":"s2c","label":"Turn it on","contentHtml":"

Pricing, quotes, passes, campaigns — switch one on and it sets itself up: records, screens, and automation included. Ready in minutes, and nothing you've customized is overwritten.

\n The pieces of a sale\n

Interest becomes a lead; a deal is a quote or a checkout; a completed sale is an order; a paid order gives you a customer and what they own.
